Located in the Beautiful village of Birstwith

Birstwith is a beautiful village located 5 miles to the west of Harrogate, North Yorkshire, England.  It is part of the ‘Nidderdale’ valley, and is situated on the River Nidd.

The ‘Nidderdale Way’ runs along side the holiday park, down and through the village, ideal for walkers. There are many many wonderful walks along the river and in the rolling countryside.

The village has lots of amenities including: St. James Church, the local pub; The Station, which is renowned for their ‘fish & chips’ (take away – available) and the lovely beer garden to the rear.

The village post office & store – we couldn’t ask for a better store – which offers all local produce, a deli counter, a wet fish service from the famous ‘Ramus’ seafood located in Harrogate, a dry-cleaning service, and a lunch & sandwich take away.

Within appox 1.5 miles our neighbouring villages; Kettlesing, Hampsthwaite and Darley offer village pubs and shops as well as tea rooms and the ever popular ‘Darley Mill’ centre with the feature water wheel

Birstwith also holds an annual country show which is a popular village event.
